The family that stands in front of a crazy mirror together…

…goes home and drinks beer together?
…acts rather queer together?
…is glad to be here together?

Anyway, here’s a family self-portrait from the playground near the zoo (the kids call it Elephant Park), taken a few days ago. Love the head-squashing effect of that warped metal!

(There is no word for how much I’m loving Fisher’s insane shagged-out feathery ‘do.)

Fantabulous portrait, Molly! Are you feeling less…overwhelmed…today?

    What a wonderful shot!

    That’s a great family pic.
I love Fisher’s hair- I’m trying to see if Caden’s will grow out cool like that, but so far it just looks like a graduated mullet.

    Love your blog.
Am wandering through to avoid the reality of starting teaching this week. Yes (yikes). But I’m ready (of course).
Don’t know if you got my email to you earlier, but I have a great (long-time) friend in Portland and a cousin also in Portland. Both are married and both have young kids. I’m pretty convinced you’d like meeting either/both.
And we come through sometimes, hopefully next year. Would love to see you all.
